« Ants in the tiny bathroom, spiders in the room. The bed mattress was very old ,no support at all. I stayed at this motel in the past it was always very clean and maintained. The new people are nice but do NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN OR MAINTAIN THE PLACE. Could not get a receipt with the total amount on it that i had to pay? Its hard to see what was a very nice motel turned into one of the very worst. I will never stay at Vista Villa again. OVERPRICED AND DIRTY, STAINS IN THE CARPET. They did not...

« We loved everything about our stay at Manistee Inn and Marina! All staff was friendly and helpful, the property was clean and welcoming, and the location was perfect! We even had our own parking spot, since we stayed on the lower level. The bed was comfortable and our room was spacious. They serve coffee in the morning, but not until 8:00. We had a coffeemaker in the room though. This was our first time in Manistee and we’re so happy this hotel worked out so well. »

« Great pool for families. Breakfast was slim with the waffle irons not available for us. The bunk beds and separate TV was a hit with our kids. Good 1 night stay before the SS Badger trip. »

« We stopped at the hotel before check-in and spoke to co-owner to request a room on the bottom floor, as my husband had knee surgery 7 weeks prior, and there was not an elevator to the second level. She left a note at the front desk to accommodate my request when we checked in. We did not get a room on the bottom floor, the owner said there was nothing available and said there was no note left at the desk. Very disappointing! »

« Check-in was easy. Booked on the app. We were on motorcycles and got held up in a thunderstorm. Got there late but our key was waiting for us in the key box by the office door. »

« We enjoy the golf, pool, and hot tub at Manistee National. Unfortunately, they don't have king beds. The queen we slept in was extremely bouncy. We booked our room through Expedia and paid for all but $60. Once we got home, I noticed we had been charged for the room at Manistee National too! Be careful! »

« The only complaint we had with air-conditioner it would not run all night long so when it goes off and on off and on you wake up. The only complaint about cleanliness our floors had quite a bit of sand on floor. barefoot wasn't poosible walking on towels in bathroom. we didn't bring any in. »

« Great hosts! Delicious breakfast! Lots of helpful amenities like 24 hour coffee, tea, homemade bakery treat, water and sodas to take with. This is a beautiful house to stay in! »

« Motel correct. Pour une nuit c’est bien. Pas de vraie salle petit déjeuner. Uniquement pain de mie, confiture, beurre, café . Personnel pas accueillant. Piscine fermé tard. Se situe dans une zone commerciale donc plein de restaurants. »

« First time at Summer’s Inn and I will definitely return! The room was great and has all you need for a long holiday weekend- small refrigerator, nice sitting area and a very comfortable bed. The daily breakfast was fantastic! Staff are friendly and we felt very welcome. It was like a step back in time to the 1960s. »
