« Cute little apartment located in the heart of ludington, close to shops and restaurants. Linda was super helpful and quick with responses. It was a great stay for New Years Eve, but wouldnt have stayed for New Years day since none of the shops were open. »

« Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors...

« Beautiful, well equipped older home very close to the Ludington beach and downtown. The Ludington Maritime museum is a block away and full of history about the area. Plenty of room for our family of adult children and us. The front porch is great for morning coffee, relaxing and reading. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the spices, coffee, cookware and utensils for cooking in the house. We loved the antiques, claw foot tub, and sinks. A step back in time. Thank you. »

« Upon entering you feel like you’re right at home. Fully equipped Kitchen and the bathrooms were equipped as well . The house is very spacious and pet friendly. There is a dog park where your fur babies can run leash free just a mile down the road. We are looking to see when to rebook for next year!! Beautiful home you will not be disappointed! Plenty of eateries and shopping within walking distance. »

« I have been staying at Cottage # 1, for over 20 years! My all time favorite place to stay while in the Ludington area. The host/manager of cottage is wonderful. Within easy walking distance to Stearns Park Beach and North Pier Lighthouse and close drive into shops, restaurants, bookstores, and the Ludington State Park, where you will find another beach, beachhouses, and the Hamlin Dam, Hamlin Lake, Lost Lake, etc... Miles of Lake Michigan Beach. »
