'Doors don't shut properly. Even though you have the DND sign on the maids try to force themselves in for cleaning. The property is under complete construction with only the bar as the restaurant. Ate there twice for lunch and overhears that the meat was not cooked and the manager simply brushes it off and asked if they wanted something else. The pool staff was extremely rude and the pool water was filthy at the lazy river which was jacuzzi hot. The pool in the summer closes super early. Poorly...
