'They’re getting one star because Expedia doesn’t allow me to give them less than that. The entire hotel is in poor condition. The first room that I was given stank and had mold growing in the bathroom. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes and humidity. The towels were stained. There was only conditioner and body wash bottles and they were 1/4 of the way filled up. Place sucked.'

'I didn't like the realm at all it's stunk it was supposed to be a handicapped from far from it the AC heater unit didn't work properly the bathroom door was a sliding door which was stuck. Got the front desk in there they couldn't fix it it was a bathtub not a walk-in shower for handicapped people who can't get in a tub like me the dad was not helpful it was too hard and high we booked the room for 2 days and left after first day could not get a refund'

'The house is very nice and Mark was very helpful in answering my questions before we arrived. However, it was unclear in the description and comments as to where the bathrooms are located. They are both upstairs. The "kitchenette" in the basement does not have any running water or dishes, so it would be difficult to use. There was also only seating for seven so I am glad we brought a card table to set up so we could sit together for meals or to play games. It would be nice to have a table in the...

'I am giving one star because this is a false booking. The people who run the Danville are no longer available, there is no website and no number to call. The property is now run by someone else, who was wonderful. '
