« The room itself was clean but as for breakfast there were ants on the serving spoon for the scrambled eggs. Also the waffle making machine wasn't working at the time due to a storm the night before. The same with the toaster which seemed to be a very old one. »

« Strong mildew odor as soon as you walk in the door, outdated, strong smell of smoke. The breakfast consisted of 2 types of cereal and bananas. The facility was clean and ac worked good but with the humidity everything felt sticky and you felt unclean. »

« BENEDICTINE FAMILIES STAY AWAY! The smell of death in the parking lot should've been our first hint that this was no slice of heaven. We proceeded to the check in desk. The attendant, in her pajamas, helped a man paying for an additional week's stay. She ignored us, clicking slowly on her computer mouse, no eye-contact. I was about to interrupt her game of solitaire when she dead-panned, "may I help you." It was not a question. My teen daughter and I decided to join my son for freshman move-in....

« We picked this location because it was so close to university of Kansas and it was only three minutes away. The employee at the front door was a great representative of the area. Very friendly, nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. We didn’t swim, but it was a nice area. We used the gym and there was a lot of good equipment. Typical but good continental breakfast. If my child goes to this college, we will definitely be staying here again. »
