She went over and above giving us information, suggestions and local knowledge, not only about Mansfield but other cities near by. The house has been renovated and there are multiple upgrades in every room. Kitchen is clean, beautiful and stocked with all the necessities for an extended stay. 'There isn't many places to stay in Jackson. This place was a great location as you were so close to the downtown area. It did need some updating and better cleaning. We were disappointed that the pool was out of order. If you are looking for something that is just a place to stay, this isn't too bad. We were in town most of the time. Jackson is a cute town and we enjoyed all the Stranger things locations!'

'Checked in and immediately noticed roaches. Not water bugs like you would find at a lake, but German cockroaches. Not just big ones but babies which means there’s a ton. The Wi-Fi never worked, the shower never turned off literally ran hot water 24 hours a day. The other shower door does not close completely and you had to hold it closed while showering. 'There are so many great things to say about Regal Cottage.It gives Resort Feel on the Lake The Cottage was very neat and CLEAN and smelled amazing. After I refused, he had 1 space heater sent to the house via his cleaner. Everyone had to sleep in the same room to stay warm. Lows during our stay were in the teens at night. '
