'Room service was good and service staff great. Consistently exceptional service was experienced at Miss Lou's from Ambrosia and Jonathan. It helped that this bar provided high-end drinks as well as high-end customer service. I would consider another stay at this property, especially if the buffet food quality could be improved.'

'We had ants and other bugs in our room. Every bar in the resort will run out of liquor and wouldn’t replenish till the next day. Excuses were made for being understaff. Some of the personal work alone, especially at the food truck. I wouldn’t recommend.'

'I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!'
