'What an awesome experience! The very friendly and attentive staff really add up to this beautiful and relaxing place. Especially the area with volcanic heated hottubs, surrounded by the forest, is spectacular. The horse riding tour which ended ziplining on the compound is a must. Had a lot of fun with the guys, who where true professionals! We will come back for sure!'

'Drinks were made with real fruit juice and you could order whatever drink your heart desired from the two swim-up bars or other bar.. Water in the pools and ocean were so warm and inviting for swimming. We snorkelled at the end of the beach near the rocks and were happy to spot a few pretty fish, sea urchins and were at one time engulfed in a school of small green fish.

'A little oasis! Gorgeous garden with a pool. The staff is superkind! Special thank you to Nancy, Mario and Endy! The complimentary dinner is sometimes great, sometimes mediocre but breakfast is always terrific. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The beach is frequented by locals and tourists alike and a great place for surfing from beginners upward. The hotel's beach area is very nice with a small pool. Only minus is the costs of tours and activities. Tamarindo has something to offer...

'Prachtige locatie. 50 minuten vanaf vliegveld Liberia met taxi.Hotel erg prijzig.. Ongeschikt indien slecht ter been. Veel klauter en klimwerk dan wel gebruik maken van transport middels buggies die permanent gasten naar hun kamers rijden. Hotel ligt vanaf zee bergopwaarts .
Ligging wel vrij geïsoleerd, dus geen dorpjes in omgeving. Erg aangewezen op voorzieningen in hotel of het zeer kostbare Four Seasons hotel middels gratis shuttle transport op 10 minuten afstand.

'The view is obviously incredible, which is what the resort relies on. The staff were nice enough, but lacked management and training in certain areas. Had they been more attentive, we would have spent more money.
The food was well cooked but the menus are a little odd.
After paying so much to stay at the hotel, it's then disappointing to have to compete with public visitors to get tables in the restaurant.
