'Beautiful resort with stunning ocean views, clean rooms, and plenty of activities. The staff is generally friendly, and the pools and beach are highlights. Food ranges from good to very good depending on the restaurant, but service can occasionally be slow. Overall, it's a great choice for a relaxing all-inclusive vacation in Costa Rica.'

'Prachtige locatie. 50 minuten vanaf vliegveld Liberia met taxi.Hotel erg prijzig.. Ongeschikt indien slecht ter been. Veel klauter en klimwerk dan wel gebruik maken van transport middels buggies die permanent gasten naar hun kamers rijden. Hotel ligt vanaf zee bergopwaarts .
Ligging wel vrij geïsoleerd, dus geen dorpjes in omgeving. Erg aangewezen op voorzieningen in hotel of het zeer kostbare Four Seasons hotel middels gratis shuttle transport op 10 minuten afstand.

'The location is pretty good but if you’re looking to explore on your own, rent a car. If you do rent a car be aware that the price you’re quoted never includes TPL (third party liability) and is required by CR law. It’s about $15-$20 a day. The resort itself is a decent layout, but be prepared for a lot of walking (and stairs) or waiting for the shuttle. The pool closes at like 7 or 8 for whatever reason, so don’t get your hopes up for night swimming. The beach is about 5 meters from a public...

'Room with great view over the ocean (just shame that a car park with a container was in the way). Service generally good, depending on which member of staff you got. WiFi is unreliable. Restaurant food generally delicious. Room could be better insulated, I heard the family next door through the connecting door.
W’a so-called “Whatever Whenever” service is not really that - I couldn’t get help for even simple things like a stamp for a postcard.'
