'De service was uitstekend. Alles was schoon, netjes en je wordt supergoed behandeld. Je voelt je er gewaardeerd. Wat betreft de kamer: alles was netjes, de kamer is goed geisoleerd en de temperatuur is makkelijk te regelen. De badkamer is een van de weinige verbeterpunten. Die zijn licht verouderd en het duurt erg lang voordat het water uit de douche op gewenste temperaruur is. De restaurants zijn ook goed. Soms best prijzig, maar dat hoort bij de ambiance van het hotel. Kortom, niet veel...

'This is one of my favorite hotels in Egypt. The rooms are very nice, tho some rooms have the bed to close to the bathroom and then you have to squeeze through. The service is excellent, and the food is great too. Every morning you get some bidders of water for the day ahead of you. The view is amazing because you can see the pyramids from there. The air conditioning is also very effective, and once you come back from a long, hot day, it refreshing to get into your cool room. The only downside is...

'We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were the highlight, in which nothing was too difficult for them and they were always there for whatever we needed. In particular Alaa, Ahmed and Youssef were amazing and made us feel extra special. The location is excellent if you want a view of the Pyramids of Giza which we had a lovely room right in front of them and also the new Grand Egyptian Museum.
