'Our stay at Giza Palace was impeccable. From the outstanding facilities to the attentive and friendly staff, I couldn't have asked for more. The spa experience was wonderfully relaxing, and the service was efficient throughout. The staff was consistently helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend! '

Clean rooms, safe environment, and excellent front desk staff.
The only improvement that I can think of is sometimes, the staff gather at the front desk, talking with loud voices, which creates an un professional impression '

'This was very nice, thank you very much!! 20mn from sphinx international airport which was very handy for us to fly the day after. Inside all is a super new, but most nice is the 1st class service of this family serviced apartment. Arranged us food delivery in evening that she even brought it to the room. No really that was very nice to be. Only regret is to have been only one night. I would have found them before, i would stay at least 2 nights to rest more and make maybe a laundry.'
