Very clean property, the view from the suite was extraordinary! Mr Adam was very welcoming, Abdo was wonderful and very helpful to set up transportation with Mr Hassan and tours with Mohammed. The entire staff was great and very attentive.

We had a wonderful stay at Galaxy Pyramids View Inn. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and very stylish, with excellent room service and daily housekeeping that kept everything perfectly clean and comfortable throughout our stay. One of the best parts of the experience was the stunning view of the pyramids. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, and a very special thank you to Saif for always helping us with everything we needed!!!! He was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to assist, which made our vacation even more enjoyable and comfortable. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would gladly come back again!

No red flags here, all superb, helpful and trustworthy. Saif and the crew accomodated us late night and early morning with excellent service. Very friendly and great in communication and efficiency. The room was luxurious with a great view of the Pyramids. Bring earplugs if you have a hard time sleeping. The city around is lively, which we liked.

The hotel was very clean, Mr Adam was very welcoming and friendly. Our personal assistant, Abdo was essential to setting up our driver and our guides. Mr. Hassan was an excellent driver, Mohammed did a great job on our tours. During our stay it was my birthday, Abdo went out of his way to surprise me with a cake and candles. It was a great trip!

We had an amazing experience with the hotel. From the moment we landed until our departure, everything was exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. I would like to thank everyone for their outstanding service, and give a special thanks to Saif, who went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. He was incredibly patient, always checking in with us and texting to make sure we were doing well and felt safe. His level of care and dedication truly made our stay even more special. Room was clean and modern although the pictures online did not match the room we were given. Staff excellent. Breakfast brought in but had a lot of different items to eat. Nightime - our first night it was so noisy all night long. Second night was much quieter but you could still hear traffic noise. Not for a long time duration.

客室はとても清潔でした。早朝の到着でしたが、フロントは誰かしら居てくれるので、Early checkinでも大丈夫です。 部屋からピラミッドも見えるし、部屋も空いていれば大きめの部屋を案内してくれるので、良心的だと思います。一回、ベッドが四つの部屋を案内してくれたのは嬉しかったのですが、シャワールームの排水が悪くて足元ビシャビシャになったのは残念でしたが、それ以外は満足出来ました。何よりも綺麗なのが嬉しかったです。それとスリリングなエレベーターにびっくり。

The staff were SO helpful and friendly. I was with a group and the staff made our visit in Cairo even more enjoyable. They helped us with setting up transportation and restaurant recommendations, etc. They really went above and beyond. The 2 men, each named Saif, Adam and the woman Shahenda were all great.

スフィンクスゲートから歩いて帰れる距離でした。周辺はキレイとは言えませんが部屋は清潔で良かったです。予約した部屋とは異なる部屋で思っていたバルコニービューではありませんでした。また冬はジャグジーに溜められるほどのお湯は出ませんでした。 ただスタッフはとても親切で会うたびに声をかけてくれたりサプライズをしてくれました。 総合的には良いホテルです。。

The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning — directly overlooking the Pyramids, which made the stay even more special. The staff were very polite, respectful, and always ready to help. They responded to all our requests immediately and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

It is a lovely family-run hotel and the staff treats all its guests with immense respect, care and love. The two cousins – Saif and Saif, as well as Mohammed – were a delight. They were very helpful, always smiling and were running a perfect show. Their services beats a 5-star hotel especially considering I stayed at the W (Abu Dhabi) and Hyatt (Dubai) right after the stay at Galaxy – and which could not match Galaxy’s hospitality. The view of the hotel is the USP and the pictures are very accurate. Best place to stay in Egypt if you are going for the pyramids and even otherwise.

comfortable hotel

the room was very clean and new, and the view was magnificent! staffs were very friendly and works hard. one of the staff, Mr. Saif, was supportive during my stay. i also enjoyed a lot the tour they arranged. my tour guide, Ms. Yasmeen, was very professional and the cost was reasonable.

When you first enter the Hotel from the bottom floor it looks sketchy but don’t be discouraged because when you get to the actual front door of Hotel you will not be disappointed, it was beautiful, the attendants in the front are very polite and willing to serve you ASAP, the view is amazing!
Every room was sold out but the small view from the window was beautiful!
This was the rooftop from the hotel, not a fancy rooftop but the pictures were perfect view!

We had an amazing stay at Galaxy Pyramid Inn in Cairo! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and we felt genuinely cared for. It honestly felt like we were visiting our cousins in Egypt rather than staying at a hotel. A special thank-you to Saif, who went above and beyond for us every single day. He walked us to the restaurant and back, made sure we always felt safe and comfortable, and even took us on a fun tuk-tuk ride—which our kids absolutely loved! He also joined us on our visit to the pyramids and was incredibly helpful with our toddler. His kindness and attention made our stay unforgettable. Breakfasts were delicious, the hospitality was incredible, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Galaxy Pyramid Inn and are truly grateful for the warmth and generosity we received. We can’t wait to come back!
