'The room itself was a large space but the property is very dated and tired. It did not reflect the photos in the listing. We did enjoy the spa and pool. We would of been very disappointed if we'd paid full price. A 3 star property at best in a 5 star location. '

'We hadden tijdens onze reis op het Noordereiland van Nieuw Zeeland 2 nachten geboekt in een 2 kamer appartement bij Quest on Durham omdat we dan ruimte met een wasmachine en droger tot onze beschikking hadden. Volgens de accommodatie informatie en kamer informatie was er airconditioning wat bij 28 graden buiten temperatuur zeker van belang was, echter op de kamer aangekomen bleek ons appartement slechts 2 kleine ruitjes op de hoek te hebben en GEEN AIRCONDITIONING! Het was er om te smoren zo...
