'The staff were excellent. They were kind and helpful whenever I needed assistance.'

'Very nice hotel. The town of Zermatt is very small so you can basically walk everywhere or take the city transit.'

'Het was een erg plezierig verblijf in Hotel Bahnhof. '

'Excellent'

'Amazing hotel for skiing in Zermatt. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and with lots of options. The hotel is close to the train station as well as the Gornergrat train. The best part of the hotel is the spa area with sauna, steamroom, onsen, pools etc. Just perfect for relaxing after skiing!'

'Fijne gerenoveerde kamer en badkamer. Goed bed. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Erg vriendelijk personeel. We gaan graag terug. '

'Was in alle opzichten verzorgd .De badkamer had iets groter mogen zijn , maar dat was slechts een detail. Het restaurant is uitstekend , zowel qua smaak, kwaliteit van de ingrediënten , presentatie, en de bediening heel attent en professioneel.. Ook het ontbijtbuffet en de er bij aangeboden à la carte mogelijkheden zijn uiterst verzorgd. Concierge goed geïnformeerd over de mogelijkheden rondom.'

'It was a very nice cute and relaxing getaway kind of place with great views of the mountains and great spa!'

'The pittoresk building really let's you feel the Swiss culture, whereabout it's also in the middle of Zermatt'

'Excellent service, clean room and friendly people'

'Lovely hotel with a great staff. Perfect breakfast to start the day. Great spa but around the pool a little bit messy, dirty towels everywhere, could be better but nevertheless we can recommend this hotel to everyone.'

'Access to the spa for our stay was really nice. I wish the hot tub was actually hot though. The mattress in our room was hard as a rock, so we'd wake up sore every morning. The shower in our room was also kind of gross, with some unidentifiable black sludge in the seams. The view from our room was brilliant though!'

'Lovely service'
