'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...

'We were given a room and found small black bugs in the bed. We were given a different room but were not given the refund that the clerk voiced would happen. Overall the staff were very helpful and said that the room would be examined by their pest controll contractor per hotel protocol. Pool was great and many guest enjoyed it.'

'The Room was clean and spacious. The food was good but a, warming, stone would have, ensured, a more desirable temperature. The Hotel is fabulous with all kinds of artifacts and information, pertaining, to the building. The location is excellent. The Bathtub is a real treat! I enjoyed every, moment. The water is hot and the pressure is good: Expedia quoted a price of $40.00 more, nightly, for an extra Guest. The Bill charged $430.00! I would like to know why there is such a large, disparity....

'Right across the street from the hospital which was great! Shower curtain was torn and desk chair very damaged and pool closed for renovation didn’t know till got there, but price was good, staff nice, and plenty of parking. So overall a good stay.'

'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'

'I enjoyed that my room didn’t have rug or carpet . The musty smell was not there which I appreciate it . The only thing I would’ve changed was that I needed to go to the front desk for new towels since housekeeping comes every other day'
