'Keycard machine was broken when we arrived. Staff was pretty incompetent. We were told that there would be bedding for the pull out bed in the room, but there was none. When we called the front desk to inquire about it, we were not given clear answers on how to get extra bedding. The bedding that we got did not fit the bed. 'Hotel room was quiet, but toilet seat was broken and posed a danger for injury when seated. Also the room we reserved was not the room we were put in. We had reserved a room with two queen beds and walk in shower, but we were given a room with a king bed and tub/shower. A handicapped equipped bath would have been more suitable as we requested. Breakfast was good with ample choices from which to select. The room that we were given was also booked by another couple who walked into our room with...

'This place is a dump.They should not even be on Expedia. 40 dollars a night is too much to pay for that crap try 10 dollars. Towels were dirty, room smelled like mildew. Roaches were crawling over everything. Only time I saw staff was when they checked me into this hell hole. I wished my money was refundable cause I deserved it back. Only reason I stayed because I couldn't get refunded. But I was miserable as long as I was there.'
