'Hard to sleep throughout the noise due to something in the room or building being loud (my aircon was off so wasn't that like I thought it was). There is no on-site staff. I was sent to the wrong room upon checkin, my code wasn't working, so had to ring to find out why only to be told wrong room. No information provided on amentities where thry were located and the carpark situation unless I contacted the hotel. Pet rule is 1 per room, a couple had 2 with them, I don't like dogs (I didn't see...

'Check in was confusing as the address provided was incorrect, but the owner was quick to apologize and offered a gift for the inconvenience. The property was comfortable and clean, except for the toilet. Amenities were great. Having a washer/dryer was a treat. Road noise was loud at times as on a main road but was expected due to location. Parking was provided and the grounds were well kept.'

'Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms - one was a bit tired and had a safety lock broken (so I requested a room change) the other one more modern. Staff was very helpful in accomodating the room change. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from outside (hotel is an an area with a lot of nightlife around). Breakfast food was adequate. Fresh fruits, cereal, yoghurt and good hot buffet but limited pastry selection. Ambiance of bar and breakfast area lackluster.'

'I stay often as it’s convenient walk to the places I need to go in the cbd and the rooms are spacious and large bathrooms with a bath! The beds are also very comfortable not to soft which I love I always have a great sleep and quiet rooms highly recommend and they have a deal with the Wilson car parking on hindley street which is a very short walk behind the hotel one st back. Great restaurants on site to and walking distances for other choices ☺️'

'Very disappointed with the little the hotel does to provide a decent experience for all its patrons - especially with regard to amenities such as the pool, spa and sauna. We were unable to use the spa on 3 seperate occasions as it was occupied by toddlers and their parents. We stayed for over an hour on most occasions, waiting. At one point we tried to get in but were told we couldn’t apply the jets as it wasn’t the preference of a small child who’d been bobbing up and down in the spa for over...

'We spent 4 nights at Hotel Panorama. It was convenient to the places we were visiting whilst in Adelaide and it is brand new, so generally everything sparkles! The free parking was appreciated. I had made a change to our booking prior to our visit, which hadn’t updated on the Hotel system when we booked in, however, the reception staff were able to sort it out for us.'

'I am unable to understand how Expedia provided a rating of "very good" for this hotel inspite of my experiences from 10 /5/2026 to 17/5/2026. My room was 1208. 1. Carpets outside the room - as soon as you come out of the lift the sight of the dirty carpets attracted my attention. 2.
