'Reserved because they had a pool, checked in and there’s a sign that says it’s being renovated try back June 1st. No work was being done and it smelled like it was in use. The room was sterile and looked like a jail had been renovated into a hotel.'

Boyfriend went in and checked the lobby and was going to have host show us a room but the lobby was absolutely nasty. We ended up going in and talking to the host and he told me he had already cancelled my booking because the card I used to hold the room didn’t go through. Remind you I use this card only to hold rooms and then use my actual card to pay for...

'When I see the rooms I canceled directly the room and planned an other hotel. Dirty, old, defects, damaged non closing doors (frontdoor too), non smoking room smells to smoke.'

'Drove 2 hours to Hotel and was informed by staff there that Expedia's computers were not communicating properly with theirs. They could not honor reservation confirmation, and charged me for the stay, I had to go to a different hotel. Now Expedia states it will take 10 days to get the charge reversed. Residence Inn staff simply just sent me on my way. Not even helpful to call around yet they gave a confirmation and everything. '

'The pool was broken, the door by our room was broken. The food was ok. I was never offered a "welcome gift" even if it was only water. I had to fix the screen at the window myself so that bugs didn't come in. Something else was broken because they had dug a trench out back. Our 2 burner stove had one burner that worked somewhat. The other was completely dead.'

'Parking easy, convenient. Breakfast good, fresh lots of choices. Room was clean and bedding comfortable. Convenient to highway and to town. Bathroom door did not latch. '
