'Overall, the facility was clean and well appointed. The room was up-to-date and quiet. The beds were good. The mini-fridge had a separate freezer door. The vanity in the bathroom was plenty wide, with room on both sides of the sink. The shower head in the bathtub was very high. My only complaint about the room was the bathtub had very slippery footing when taking a shower. Friction strips need to be installed. I was happy to see that breakfast begins at 6am on weekends, but the food was below...

'When I see the rooms I canceled directly the room and planned an other hotel. Dirty, old, defects, damaged non closing doors (frontdoor too), non smoking room smells to smoke.'

'The staff went above and beyond to guarantee our stay was amazing. This was a "cousin night together before school starts" stay and due to the attentiveness during the stay the kids had a great experience. As a grandma I am very grateful. As the premises experienced a lightning strike prior to our visit that took out the elevators and internet/phones, I was a little anxious about our stay. But we were treated so well. We will back. Thank you again.'

'The Wi-Fi is horrible, it does not work for more than a few minutes and is extremely slow. . Breakfast was cold. I was put into a handicap accessible room that did not have a showerhead so I had to use a handheld shower like I was riding in a train. Would not recommend.'
