'We stayed a few nights. Property was well maintained. Be prepared for stairs. We told grandma to not visit because it would have been to difficult for her. The upper bedroom does not have air. Stairs are extremely steep and even with hand rail, had a few tumbles. Lower level was too cold to enjoy for long durations. The owners need to investigate storage for their lake equipment. Boat cover dry rotted. Kayaks were in rough and extremely dirty condition. I couldn’t get the kids out in them.'

'We were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful, relaxing stay here. The cottage was excellent and very tastefully renovated. Theresa was extremely on top of communication and was great! Would absolutely stay here again.'

'We came up for a high school graduation in the local area as well as to spend time with our family. The Lakehouse was beautiful inside and perfect for our stay. It had ample entertainment along with anything that we may have needed for our stay.'

'This little charmer was all it was advertised to be! Well appointed, quiet and on a nice lake for all water sports. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a week's stay. Fishing was fair but we had a great time. Collin was incredibly responsive and made checking in and out a breeze. I highly recommend this little cabin!'

'I have rented a different lakehouse every Labor Day weekend for many years and this is one of our faves. The decor will definitely appeal to antique lovers. The large deck is lovely. The lake is very quiet (no wake) and peaceful. We enjoyed taking the paddle boat out on the water. Not great swimming off the dock (overgrown weeds and such), but we took the boat out to the middle of the lake to swim. We were able to fish right off the dock. 'I’de like to say it was a horrible time just to keep this little gem to ourselves but as we were staying there, we were actively trining to book our next vacation there too and everything was all booked up so I think the cats already out of the bag. The place is even better than the pictures. We took out the peddle boat which was a lot of fun. I would just say if you’re shorter than 5.3 it might be hard to reach the peddles. 'We loved our stay. So quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The listing is accurate. Which I appreciate. That is not always the case. Super clean! Plenty of space. Plenty of TVs. Nice sheets and towels. Comfy beds! Plenty of dishes and such in fully stocked kitchen. Very nice and safe neighborhood. Just two moms and two college daughters and we felt safe. Only drawback is the quietness required especially outside. But it’s a double edged sword. We also really appreciated the quiet and serene atmosphere.'
