Vind je ideale hotel in Olivet

'Super nice staff. I found this place after a paid booking was cancelled at another hotel. A little further out that I would like but it was worth it. I got to check out some local bars in Charlotte. A big shout out to Frank. He checked me in and the other staff was very friendly. If you want something clean, inexpensive and not a bad drive to MSU, check out this place.'

'I had an issue with this hotel in the past where we asked for a late check-out to which we were granted, but the manager took it upon himself to then enter our room when I walked a load out... just as my wife was getting out of the shower. It was a whole big ordeal where I almost got the police involved and after this stay, I almost wish I had. It's been a few years since we've been to this location and it's under new management but I'll be damned if the same thing didn't happen this morning!...

'The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially the young man running the front desk (and operating everything at breakfast). He obviously takes great care in his job and wants to make sure customers are well taken care of, which is always good to see. The building is aged, but appropriate for the price, especially with the service provided.'

'If I could give the front desk a "0" star they wouldn't deserve that. At check in the desk clerk was super Unfriendly and not helpful. When we get to my room we discovered there was only one towel thus causing us to call the front desk to request more towels only to be told that 'I would have to come down to get them". We wanted to clean up before going to dinner. I asked for a manager in regards to that and other issues only to be told no management person would be available until the next day...

'The room was very clean and a nice comfortable bed. Pillow was as outstanding. The staff was very attentive to our questions about the property and the surroundings. What was a nice surprise was the full breakfast in the morning. Not too many places do that. Overall no complaints with the hotel and we will stay there again.'

'Drove 2 hours to Hotel and was informed by staff there that Expedia's computers were not communicating properly with theirs. They could not honor reservation confirmation, and charged me for the stay, I had to go to a different hotel. Now Expedia states it will take 10 days to get the charge reversed. Residence Inn staff simply just sent me on my way. Not even helpful to call around yet they gave a confirmation and everything. '

'Our room was large, comfortable and clean. I appreciated the Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The front desk staff was friendly as was Mindy in the breakfast room. Really nice breakfast too! Easy interstate access. We’ll stay here again!'

'Didn’t even check in. Pulled into the parking lot and noticed that the windows were busted out of at least 3 of the rooms. Felt very unsafe. Boyfriend went in and checked the lobby and was going to have host show us a room but the lobby was absolutely nasty. We ended up going in and talking to the host and he told me he had already cancelled my booking because the card I used to hold the room didn’t go through. Remind you I use this card only to hold rooms and then use my actual card to pay for...

'The pool was broken, the door by our room was broken. The food was ok. I was never offered a "welcome gift" even if it was only water. I had to fix the screen at the window myself so that bugs didn't come in. Something else was broken because they had dug a trench out back. Our 2 burner stove had one burner that worked somewhat. The other was completely dead.'
