De verlichting was vuil, onder het bureuatje lag nog afval van de vorige gasten, in de muren hoorde je heel de nacht het lopen van water, in de badkamer kon je via de ventilatiekanalen het gepraat van de kamer ernaast horen, er was geen warm water en de druk van het water was niet bestaand. 'Erg verouderde locatie die toe is aan een renovatie. De bedden zijn klein en aan vervanging toe. Helaas sliep de slaapbank beter. Verder vonden wij nog pinda's van de vorige gasten in de kamer. Groot voordeel is dat het midden in het centrum ligt tegenover Windsor Castle.'

'I did not have time to swim as I was attending a two days Conference. The room I was staying in looked tired and requires an upgrade but before leaving Donna was kind enough to show me other rooms including the 3 rooms in the Manor House. I liked the executive suites and that will be my choice at my next visit. All the staff were professional and pulled out all the stops to make my stay comfortable. Dr JJN Masani'

'I’ve stayed here many times and can’t fault anything. Spotless, great service, lovely pool area with hot tub and steam/sauna with aerobics classes all included in your stay. The restaurant 1269 serves lovely food and breakfast is good. There’s nothing directly outside hotel or within walking distance but a short drive will take you into Gerrards Cross and Beaconsfield if you want more restaurants. I’ll be back again 😊'
