'Staff was awesome, place was nice visually, room and hallway smelled like a full diaper left out in the sun for a long time. Lobby was cool and the drive to Red Rocks was nice and short. Gas station across the way sells alcohol until midnight and they have cheap tall boys.'

Disgusting hallway carpeting, cheap furniture and a pool that has been closed for more than just our 3 day stay is just a start. Not at all what we expected from this hotel chain. 'There was no check in from housekeeping to see if I needed anything. I ran out of the water. I would have liked to have more of that. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The vending machine on my floor was hard to use. I don't like the fact you have to pay 2.00 to take your food to the room. My trash was overflowing and since no housekeeping, it just built up. 'Clean big rooms and nice location to Boulder , Denver , Colorado Springs. Breakfast first day was okay but lack of pancakes , oatmeal , waffles was a bit disappointing. H bar was cool at night and warm cookies at 4 were a bice touch'

The price was affordable, which was the main positive, and the room had essentials like plates and utensils. However, the customer service was disappointing and housekeeping was lacking.
