Kies je hotel in Barren County

'Room was clean and in good condition although the was older and needed renewed'

'Very dirty, had to keep asking for towels. The pool was dirty. We traveled with kids no tv stations for them. I would never stay there.'

'The room was clean and spacious. The accommodation does not look neat from the outside. But the room itself is completely fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioning makes a lot of noise. Still a good hotel to stay as a stopover.'

'The staff was genuinely kind and helpful. They actually seemed to care! Excellent stay!'

'The Inn was exactly as advertised. The owner and staff were available and friendly and offered suggestions along with some local history. It was a wonderful home base for our time at Mammoth Cave NP.'

'The place hadn’t been dusted. There was thick dust over things. There were cobwebs on the pictures in the corners. We have pictures of them. We had two bugs one in the shower in the morning and one the night before things weren’t wiped down I would never stay at a Days Inn again.'

'The rooms were large and comfortable. Our room had an in room hot tub, which we unfortunately didn’t stay long enough to use. The room had a nice mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was large and well- lit with unique walk in shower with great water pressure and hot water. The beds were comfortable with a selection of pillows. Nice tv with easy to use remote. They had a tiny indoor pool, which was no matter to us, but some reviewers seem very bothered by! The free breakfast was very small...

'Worst motel ever. Room is ready, but no courtesy. Couldn't check in early without paying extra. Sink, Shower clogged. TV went blank. Reset no help. Cheap bed with no box spring. Un-washed Bed sheets with bread crumbs & stains. No iron available. Did give us a hair dryer upon request, but after checkout, when I was 200 miles away, without even checking the room, was accused of stealing hair dryer. May be my comments help them to improve services, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Oh I forgot, train...

'CLEAN ROOM GOOD BREAKFACT'

'The reason I picked this place was for the breakfast included and it was disappointing. The only hot thing they had was waffles. Everything else was cereal, and they had one bagel. I ended up having to go to Shoney’s on Cavalry. When I’m traveling, I’m not expecting a very high-end experience, just a place to sleep, eat, and get on the way again. This did not meet that expectation. Not a great experience'

'Communication was proactive and showed a genuine concern for our comfort during our stay. There was an error in double booking on the property’s end and they made extra accommodations for us and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The owner is a very kind person and reached out on a few occasions to ensure we had everything we needed. The cabin was beautiful, well maintained, and clean, and had great amenities for cooking. We enjoyed the brand new grill outside and also...

'Really enjoyed this room. It was clean and property was clean and well maintained. Only down side was the ac was VERY loud. Other than that no complaints.'

'Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything was newly updated. This hotel is very clean and quiet with a lot of parking space plus the parking lot was very well lit. The staff were very friendly and professional especially Logan the front desk personnel.'

'2nd time we stayed there. Cherie is a great host! Lovely place!'

'The breakfast was not good'

'Clean rooms, nice beds, a bit older but has character. Once I was able to get in contact with owners communication was seamless. Easy check in and out. Super close to the caves which make this place worth it!'

'The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. There is a difference however between old and old/dirty/unkept. The floor was covered in dead bugs, spiderwebs, and dust. There was someone’s old food in n the mini fridge. Also, we are...
