'The Horse Cave Motel was a pleasant surprise. A standard older style motel in a small town that felt alot like home. I grew up in a small town, so it was fun to revisit an older style, well maintained motel. 'As soon as we opened the front door. The smell was horrible- the beds looked clean. The front mirror was smeared and not clean. They left a container to put ice in which was dirty- it had pop stains stuck to the side and dirt and dust all around top edge. We had to go to the office to get a bag to put ice in .
