'Situation de l'hotel ,le personnel gentil, souriant, au petits soins pour les clients de l'hotel serviable et très professionel.
Infrastructure et services réellement 5*.
Je recommande chaudement la Réseve ( Adults Only) où vous êtes au calme, près de la plage, et où le service est encore plus exceptionnel ( Repas à la carte du petit déjeuner au repas du soir. Etc.
Pour info : les européens qui penseraient que le mois d'octobre est un mois où l'on n'y a pas'

'Stunning location set in the cliffs overlooking the ocean and a great surf spot. Breakfast was amazing and they had the best Gluten-Free bread on the island, the BBQs in the evening were also amazing. Special note is that the Staff were the best and was sad to leave, actually wished we spent more time in Uluwatu!
Room and grounds were a bit worn but did not negatively impact our stay, but may be nice for a bit of maintenance although to note we stayed only a month or so after Bali re-opened so...

'8月に2泊宿泊しました。人も少なく設備もメンテがされておりある程度満足しましたが、チェックイン時間が15時なのに15時をまわってもチェックが終わってないとのことで出来なかった。
また、朝食はあまり美味しくはありませんでした。ジュースは薄くオレンジやパイナップルのにおいがするだけでイマイチでした。'

Purana Boutique hotel is het beste hotel waarin we ooit verbleven hebben. De luxe van de villa, de ongeëvenaarde service en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel zijn absolute top! Totale roomservice waarbij werkelijk alles mogelijk is van ontbijt, dineren tot privemassages op je eigen terras aan je eigen privé zwembad. En alles altijd met een uitzonderlijke vriendelijkheid. We hadden gedurende ons verblijf een privé chauffeur, Ketut, die ons overal naartoe bracht en ons complete vrijheid boodt....
