'This was an amazing place to stay. We were there for 8 days and didn’t have any problems ourselves. Rooms were clean, AC worked great, and was cleaned everyday. Food was great with the menu changing. Wife is gluten free and had plenty of options for her to choose from. Only had a couple complaints. First was that there was only one set of bathrooms within the resort besides in the rooms. This was a good walk from the beach area. Second was the towels shortage. Every afternoon they ran out...

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'The Galley Bay is the most magical resort! Truly tropical, set in paradise, romantic and vibrant! "Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. "
