'We really appreciated the upgrade to a Royal suite! As an all inclusive resort that has high volume of food preparation, I had one issue with milk that was starting to sour. Secondlly, on the trip home I developed Traveller's diarrhea. However I could not pinpoint the source.'

'The beach is gorgeous and the staff are fantastic. Good selection of non-motorised water sports, bed is comfy and the free minibar (soft drinks only) is a nice touch. Only reasons for 4 not 5 star rating was that I thought the on site restaurants were a little over priced for the food as were the drinks, and shower gels etc we’re not replenished (minor touch I appreciate). 'The villa is best described as “worn” and needing attention. The list of problems is endless… No Wi-Fi for four days No water to bathroom tap Broken toaster (All rectified within sixth day of stay) I prioritised these three problems otherwise I’d have spent too much time complaining Light bulbs not working No plugs in any of four sinks Mosquito net on patio doors ripped Kitchen surfaces grubby Cutlery old and greasy The list is endless I’m afraid. I would NOT recommend staying at HBK holiday...

'One of the biggest draws to this property is there are no children. It is couples only. Therefore, peace and calm surround you. Of course, you will have to put up with the screaming children on the plane ride to and from the island unless you fly private. Also, for boat charters, this is a convenient location. For both of these reasons, this resort beats Jumby Bay. Jumby Bay actually tries to attract families with childrens' programs and, boats won't go all the way to Jumby Bay for charters...

The service was awesome, and everyone was so find and thoughtful, always there to help whenever I needed. The food at the restaurant was fresh and tasty. The views were breathtaking and the property was quite peaceful. If I ever go back, I will definitely visit again. '
