'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Hotel is not update, beach is nice though '

'Great resort for our older family. Very quiet, but with everything you need. Pool areas were great, but having access to Prickly Pear island really made this place standout. We did some off resort adventures, but our best days were on Prickly Pear and hanging by the pool. We had a 4 bedroom unit and it was perfect. Would stay here again if coming to Antigua. '

'Nice facility. Polite & accommodating staff. Very curious that the bars did have ingredients for standard drinks and drinks offered on their menus. Wi-Fi was off and on for our 9 days.'

'Truly on the beach. Deckchairs and fresh beach towels any time. Salt plage restaurant does excellent breakfast and dinner and drinks on the beach. Friendly staff. Rooms are functional, comfortable and clean. We had a kitchenette and living room which we worked well for us.'

'A great place to stay at Antigua, excellent service and facilities, beautiful views and beach, lots of nice activities during the day and in the evening, very friendly staff taking excellent care of you, ready to cater to all your wishes. Good examples of the friendly service were Erica and Sylvia at the Cafe de Paris.'

'The staff were lovely, and the property itself is in a great position overlooking the ocean. It was so nice having our breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool to the ocean, with pelicans flying by & rays jumping! Our room was very spacious, although there were no windows, so not the ocean view we were expecting.. Several very handy restaurants just over the road meant we did not need to drive in the evenings. '

'The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes from the airport and the city center. The staff and the owners are extremely kind and accommodating. The room is very spacious and clean, and at night you can only hear the sound of the sea waves. The hotel's restaurant is a must-try. The lobster fettuccine and the pizza are exceptional.'
