'Lovely stay at this hotel. Rooms and all other areas were extremely clean and well appointed. Staff were welcoming and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast had a great selection.'

'Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms - one was a bit tired and had a safety lock broken (so I requested a room change) the other one more modern. Staff was very helpful in accomodating the room change. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from outside (hotel is an an area with a lot of nightlife around). Breakfast food was adequate. Fresh fruits, cereal, yoghurt and good hot buffet but limited pastry selection. Ambiance of bar and breakfast area lackluster.'

'I am unable to understand how Expedia provided a rating of "very good" for this hotel inspite of my experiences from 10 /5/2026 to 17/5/2026. My room was 1208. 1. Carpets outside the room - as soon as you come out of the lift the sight of the dirty carpets attracted my attention. 2. Carpets inside the room were just as bad leaving me to wonder when the carpets were either vacuumed or steam cleaned. 3. The wardrobe has dust on all the shelves. 4. The shower in the bathroom was ancient...

'Clearly an old hotel that has been surface updated throughout the years. The floor under the carpet in my room was so bad it felt like walking on cobblestones. I ordered some fresh fruit at an exorbitant price and it arrived in a state of decomposure - already clear, as melon tends to when it's rotting.'

'The hotel was clean, staff were helpful and great facilities such as swimming pool, sauna, gym and laundry room. The biggest issue for me is the bed which is too soft.'
