'Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms - one was a bit tired and had a safety lock broken (so I requested a room change) the other one more modern. Staff was very helpful in accomodating the room change. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from outside (hotel is an an area with a lot of nightlife around). Breakfast food was adequate. Fresh fruits, cereal, yoghurt and good hot buffet but limited pastry selection. Ambiance of bar and breakfast area lackluster.'

'The staff were terrific, especially Charlie in the bar and Amanda on reception. The rooms were clean but replacement of amenities ie tea was a bit hit and miss. The breakfast was really terrific and the choice on offer was fabulous at the buffet. The seats in the bar were chesterfields and all of them were cracked and in need of replacement or recovering but Charlie more than made up for the battered seats with his excellent service I would absolutely stay there again'

'Great location, clean comfy rooms. Pool and spa were nice. A little disappointed the spa was out of service when we first got there, but it was open later in the visit so that was good.'

'The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable. It was an easy walk into the Rundle Mall. There were great places to eat nearby. Close to parklands and botanic gardens. But straight out the front of hotel that takes you to Adelaide Hills, including Handorf, and Stirling.'

'Goede ligging van het hotel. Kortbij de bezienswaardigheden en de markthal. De markt is goed om te eten maar ook voor souveniers. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was proper en voldoende groot. '

'Op loopafstand van openbaar vervoer en heel veel toeristische plekken op loopafstand. Vriendelijk personeel, kamers waren ruim maar wel donker omdat ramen klein waren. '

'Uitstekend aparthotel op loopafstand van restaurantjes, bushaltes en grote supermarkt. Keuken met basisvoorzieningen om te kunnen koken. Snijplank mist maar verder voldoende keukengerei. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Klein zwembad. Geen eten te koop in de lobby. Zeer goede geluidsisolatie, geen last van verkeer.'
