'Great staff, friendly and helpful, in addition to a lovely room set up. Very clean and wonderful breakfast every morning. We visited on a time change, so the free coffee in the lobby all day was marvelous. The location wasn't scenic, but was wonderful for shopping, movies and eateries. Very close to the highway, so traveling was convenient and also close to parks and serenity. I'll be back!'

'Rooms need some TLC. Walk across floor barefoot and you need to wipe black crap off bottom of feet. No parking. Hotel allows locals to stay, leaving cars in their lot while they get shuttle to the airport for flights out and picked up when returning to get their car. No parking spots for staying guests traveling through Nashville. Desk staff could have cared less about travelers checking in unless you were African American then you were greeted with a smile. This Raddison has gone down hill so...

'We stayed two nights while visiting family in the area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a lot of options -- my wife is gluten free and she found plenty to eat including oatmeal, though was the same both days and I imagine it could get old if you stay several days. Only issue was they had a sign for sourdough bread but it wasn't actually sourdough. The person we spoke to said she kept hiding the sign but others kept putting it out.
Location is great, short drive...

'The bedding was terrible. Mattresses very uncomfortable and pillows flat. The sheets were uncomfortable and did not feel clean and crisp.
The parking garage was a nightmare as well. Very cramped and hardly any spaces. It was also loud from the outside and the hallways.'
