'Room seemed clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was very friendly. My only real complaint would be the quite frankly bizarre room layout. It was absolutely massive but barely furnished. It felt like I was staying in a converted conference room that just happened to have a bed. Oh and the on-site laundry is just one washer and dryer that aren’t in great condition. Fine if you’re in a pinch, but not amazing.'

'We had a very clean room, but there was a plumbing problem. They did come and fix it right away. We asked for extra towels and they forgot them and didn’t bring them and the front Desk could use a little bit of help in the customer service area.'

'The breakfast and parking was good. The hotel itself need a lot of work and upgrades. I was very disappointed. I doubt if I will stay there anymore. Kitchen staff was very nice: no ice was available in the evenings. When I asked for some, the person behind the desk said it would take her 20 to 30 minutes to make some….. really if you know you are to supply ice, keep making it so your patrons will have some and outside temp was hot.'

The shower door didn't close properly and of course you don't know this until someone showers, water leaked all over. The beds were not very comfortable at least not for a "Hilton" stay. No one not the site not when we checked in were we told there was a construction site right next door and that they start their day at 5am banging and hammering and nail guns waking all of us up.
