'The unit only had 2 beds. We had reserved space for 6 individuals. 2 of us had to sleep on the floor. The Units not good for Elderly- too many steps to the beach and a huge hike back up the 50 stairs to the unit. If you have a second Vehicle- you are out of luck. I was asked to park second vehicle near by as per management for a fee but was asked to move several times which was a huge inconvenience. 'I got a call the night before our stay that our original VRBO had flooded, so VRBO helped us find a new unit and this was it. I typically do a lot of investigating before picking the place, so this was a new experience. Here would be the reasons to choose this unit: 1) Proximity to the beach. 2) Walking distance to restaurants and shops. 3) Large unit with large bedrooms. 4) Two-car garage at the beach! 5) No ants or any other critters, which is not always the case at the beach.Here would be the...

'The location is in the prefect area of Laguna Beach. We did not use our car. We could walk to park shops and restaurants easily. The ocean views look even better in person compared to the pictures. Look forward to staying here again. '

'We have stayed in this property several times over the years, and truly have loved the condo and its location off Cleo ST. The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat.
