Villa's in Beach Cities Orange County

'We have stayed in this property several times over the years, and truly have loved the condo and its location off Cleo ST. The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. That said, sadly, the property seemed very worn down this time. Torn and badly worn carpets. worn out linens, rusting patio furniture with sharp edges, mattress in main bedroom worn out with trenches on...

'The location is amazing, the view is incredible. The only reason we did not give a full 5 stars is the property is a little run down. The HVAC did not work but they had mobile window AC units in each room, there is a hole in the primary ceiling, and it lacks general property maintenance (ie: exterior paint, rusty stair rail ect.) All this aside we would stay again because of the location and view. '

'The property did not match the description in the listing. Some of the pictures were of a different unit, it was very small, old, not well maintained, and the outside furniture wasn't usable. The nearest beach access at Cleo Street was closed for construction. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating in helping us find another spot.'

'Stunning location and balcony. Can't find a better view than the one from this villa. This was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Nice that there was also A/C, a fireplace, and good wifi.'
