'Tip accommodatie, hier en daar met renovaties bezig maar je merkt er weinig van. Onze slaapkamer Was modern ingericht maar toch met Caribisch accent en goed schoon. 'We stayed for almost a week and everyone was very friendly. Romona was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to us when we needed something. Can’t say the same for the staff at the front desk the ladies were not much of a help and didn’t take the extra steps to accommodate us when we needed something. Other than that I’d definitely go back again! The beach was absolutely incredible!!!!! '

'Overall a good experience. We had to wait well over an hour past check-in for our room to be ready. Grounds were nice and rooms were clean. Do not expect wash cloths. We had to ask for them daily. Food was hit or miss. Breakfast buffet at Thalassa was ok / good depending on the day. Dinner at Thalassa was not for me... Siwichi, Tao-Cat and La Isla snack bar were really good. 'Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again.'

'Check in: wifi does not reach rooms…disappointing. Manager said some company is working on it. There was no water available which came quickly after (they could have let us know). At first resort looked quiet so it was nice to relax by the sea or swimming pool which is big and amazing. Beach is very nice but small.
