'My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in August and we loved it. The house was very comfortable, was in a good location and close to the beach. Everything was clean and the a/c was on so it was cool when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and it stayed nice and cool at all times. The kitchen had everything we needed, although we really didn’t cook any meals. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at the ocean with a nice sea breeze. 'love love LOVE this place for our family of 4, plus 2 furbabies. The location was perfect. Right by the jetty. We love that there werent people piled on top of us, which lead to quiet and peaceful nights. The place was extremely clean! We will definitely be back and have this place at the top of our list of places to stay in Surfside.'

'We love this place. The boat ramp is the main draw. The channel is pretty shallow and narrow, so you may have trouble with a deeper drafting boat, but if you have a flats boat, you'll be fine. The house is well furnished and very clean.Overall excellent place to stay.'

'This rental was literally steps from the beach. I love that it had an outside shower so you could rinse your feet off before you go in. It had every accommodation you could imagine. The multiple balconies allowed each family some private time to relax and watch the sunset or sunrise or just the happenings in the community. '

'My husband and i love this little house. Its the perfect place for the two of us and our little boston terrier. The location is great, the yard is perfect sized, and its cozy. 'We had a weekend at beach vacation at this property with my family. The location is good, it is a minute walk from the beach. The house is spacious for family of 5. The kitchen has enough tools to make your own meals and clean. Bathrooms were clean. There were hand soap and towels. A few down sides are; - ants were everywhere. They bit my kids. A thorough pest control is necessary. - the comforters and blankets were dirty. They even had tiny blood stains, we thought they were ant blood....
