'The room had a large amount of hairs (shaved hairs) in the bathroom on the floor behind the door. I stayed there over 2 weeks ago and have still not received my deposit back. It still shows as pending on my bank side. The staff states it just takes a while for it to complete. It was not thoroughly cleaned after the last guest. I won’t stay here again, that is for certain!'

'Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

'The hotel was well lit, staff were all very friendly. My room was a little dated. It was obvious that it was a smoking room at one time. It smelled like old cigarettes and dampness. The carpet was just kind of gross feeling. The bathroom was not very clean. Lots of hair everywhere. The bedding was clean and fresh and the bed was comfortable though.'

'The AC worked well, but noisy, and the TV was decent. A large room for the money, but the shower was gross, and the kitchen had roaches. The most disturbing part was their key card system. It required a new card with each entry because the door itself seemed to damage the strip. A two day stay went through six cards.'
