I can only guess that when I made an adjustment to the timeline the original reservation was canceled and the adjusted one never rebooked. Fun time finding a room with a national youth softball tourney, the NBA conference finals and the WCWS in town. Took them 1.5 hours to find another room 20 miles away. I will not be using Expedia again.'

'We reserved and paid two nights. Over $650.00. Upon arrival our room was changed to a different area of the property. The room was awful. The carpet felt wet and all the linens were damp and smelled of mold. There were crickets chirping behind the beds, ticks crawling underneath the gaps in the door, water and electrical pipes all exposed on the ceiling. The workout gym was full of water and machines covered in mud. The property is run down and felt unsafe. We stayed just two hours and had to...
