'Perfect, thanks.'

'Highly recommend! We came in for a wedding. They took care of the trip before even arriving. Thank you for the early check in to get ready for the wedding, front desk young woman was very nice (forgot her name but said she just had moved into clown) and very good breakfast! Hope the staff and young lady get the attention/ pay for the great service provided! Thanks again. - Daniel'

'Plenty of handicap parking!'

'Fantastic hotel!'

'I've been staying here for 15+ years but tonight was the last time. A charge for an 1 hr early in the middle of the week and a $30 a 1 hr late check out when aren't 15 cars in the parking. Im in business to and loyalty should mean something. Good bye'

'I was charged on my card more than what the receipt says.'

'Everything good'

'The overall day was good. The bed was comfortable. The room was nice. My power kept going out in my room and the air conditioner kept turning on and off and really didn’t keep the room cool. Other than that the place was nice though I have no actual complaints just really weird that the power kept going out.'

'I had a family emergency as I was checking in and had to leave upon arrival and they said they would refund me my money within 5 days, it's been 5 days and I still haven't received my refund , now I called the extended stay of America and they said they had issued my refund to Expedia, but Expedia has never said anything to me, it's poor business practices'
