'There was a nice variety of breakfast foods. The tables, counter, and floor were kept very clean. The room was very comfortable.'

'The room I was in, on the 1st floor, the room darkening curtains would not close. Called the front desk and was told to pull them closed. Still didn’t close. Luckily I had an item of clothing I could use to cover up. It was ridiculous they couldn’t find anything else to fix it. And the lights on the desk didn’t work either. I didn’t even report that.'

'They let me check in before 3pm and when my flight was cancelled, the person at the front desk was so nice, professional, and helpful. She extended my stay for a day even though I went through Expedia, she gave me the same price. And the hotel was quiet.'

'Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

'The room had a large amount of hairs (shaved hairs) in the bathroom on the floor behind the door. I stayed there over 2 weeks ago and have still not received my deposit back. It still shows as pending on my bank side. The staff states it just takes a while for it to complete. It was not thoroughly cleaned after the last guest. I won’t stay here again, that is for certain!'

'Bathroom was not clean. Hair and soap skin on wall. Front of there fridge was dirty. And had baby roaches. We left early.'

'Room and bathroom were clean, bed was not that comfortable. It was too firm for my liking. Door key cards were a pain, I had issues every time I tried to use and had to have reset twice during a two night stay. Breakfast was what you would expect. Parking was easy.'
