Flats in Banff

'Ik vond de parkeerplaats uitstekend, ruime kamer, keuken op zich was goed maar de koelkast maakte veel lawaai.'

'Everything was fine. Staff were excellent. Only minor thing was the shower head was not great. Needs more water pressure or a new shower head. '

'Accommodations were great and staff were prompt in providing additional blankets. Nice and close to Banff.Only minor gripe was the underground parking was full when we arrived and I had to park several streets over (which took time to find a spot). Not ideal after a flight to Calgary and a drive to Banff.'

'The person that checked us in tried to sell us a ticket up the gondola even though the visibility was terrible. It felt like they were working on commission. The room was nice, but it is an aging facility. The toilet required a handle jiggle to stop it running. The TV didn't work. Pizza boxes and cleaning supplies were left in the hallway. One of the staircases had a broken light on the floor.'

'Great place, good Amenities, convenient in town location. The daily coffee service and house keeping was great. I would recommend this place if you want to stay in town. '

'We were comfortable in the condo and had what we needed. The kitchen utensils were kind of sparse and the knives were quite dull. The hot tub and pool facilities were nice and the location worked well for us.The only other thing that was not great is that the living room rug and furniture are very worn and didn't seem that clean.'

'Room was okay. Tub didn’t drain efficiently so about five minutes into the shower we were standing in about 4 inches of water.'
