I gave 2 stars for good smoking balcony in reception Otherwise, it's frustrating. Far from Nizami street, main door's lock was broken We felt like our room was opened to the public , toilet door hinges were fallen, and shower water was too cold. Finally, the furniture wasvery worn out and depressing, as if we are living in the nineties. 😪😪😪

The room was clean and the hotel quiet in off season (December). Breakfast buffet had variety of local choices, and options for omelettes. Local bank next door for currency exchange. Excellent fitness center in adjacent building and great massage. Variety of restaurants within walking distance.

The rude manner of their reception staff Mr Emin upset me at check in and put an ice bag on my shoulder diminishing my expectation of a comfortable stay. So unwelcome an attitude was surely unexpected from front office staff of a hotel like Hyatt Regency .

A fragrant hotel with the friendliest staff
The hotel smells so good from the lobby up to the room. It feels cozy and inviting. The reception, although always busy, has been helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Ilkin was particularly very accommodating. The breakfast menu hasn’t changed the whole week, but the food has been delicious. Their managers on duty (Kamran and Orxan) made sure to check on us and the other guests if everything is alright. The room has always been tidied up everyday. The housekeeping staff are nice and friendly.

Останавливался в этом отеле, на пять ночей.Номер брал с видом на бассейн.Номер большой и комфортный.С большим TV,с диагональю 55 .Также есть кофемашина. Не понравилось, что за всё время проживания, дали один раз одноразовую зубную детку.Не бритвенных станков, не ушных палочек, нет от слова совсем.Просто не серьезно, для отеля такого уровня.Бассейн на улице, просто супер.Есть бар у бассейна.Staff приносит напитки и еду, прямо на шезлонге.Рядом с отелем, есть куча ресторанов и магазинов.Такси до аэропорта 14 манат(Uber).До набережной, пешком сорок минут.На такси 3-5 манат..Интернет в отеле отличный.Соотношение цена- качество 5+.

This Hyatt is not five stars. The place is old and needs renovation . When you taking a shower the mold is coming out everywhere. I felt discussing staying there with my friends. I do not recommend this property.

Izuzetno precijenjen hotel
Problemi već kod prijave, Sobe nisu bile pripremljene niti u 14 sati, unaprijed je traženo plaćanje boravišne pristojbe, ali ne možete odmah dobiti i račun. Internetska veza nikakva ili vrlo vrlo slaba sve vrijeme boravka. Posluga spora. Zatvoreni bazen radio 1 od 4 dana boravka. Sve u svemu vrlo neprofesionalno i nikako za 4*, a kamoli 5*.

Alles war in Ordnung, abgesehen von der Service Personal im Empfang und im Restaurant. Diese o.g. Bereichen waren sehr schlecht und inkompotent.
