One evening my door handle to my room broke and the next morning they had replaced it. Everything went smoothly.

'Stayed here during the pandemic, so the prices were lowered, but also services, not amenities, slippers etc, but staff was great and rooms big and comfortable(42inch tv with hdmi). Internet speed was not good enough from streaming , but better then most places in Bali. They have a motorbike parking but that’s not covered. Had a good stay and can recommend this hotel '

'The hotel is strategically located at the Sanur Harbor. Right infront of the docking point. All boat companies are located at a maximum distance of 500meter walking. The room was very spacious and clean. The owner is very friendly and is available for any queries using whatsapp. Given the location I was expecting more noise, however it was quiet. '

'Villa is exactly how it is advertised. Clean, spacious and in a fairly quiet area in Sanur. 17 min bike ride to beach area, has a few small eateries and convenient stores in walking distance, off main street. Pool is well maintained and housekeeping comes roughly every other day. They replace all linen, clean all areas including the pool. Staff and management are very responsive
Villa comes with coffee, tea and sugar. Definitely recommend'

ruim voldoende,fruit,eieren,toasts,koffie,etc.

'The driveway to the guesthouse was appalling. It was so narrow that most Grab bookings would message asking us to meet them on the road as the driveway was too small for them to come down. It also needs to be paved or concreted to make walking on it, especially at night, a little safer.
The paving inside the guesthouse is not suitcase friendly as it is slabs of concrete with large gaps in between. We only had two small suitcases, so it wasn't too bad, but if anyone had bigger or heavier cases,...

Convenience store is across the street. For purchasing drinking water or other forgotten amenities. The hotel provides refillable glass bottles and water from a filtered water station at the reception center but we chose to purchase from the store.
Hotel is five minutes from the port which is the prime reason for selecting this hotel. If your first stop is Nusa Penida and you...
