Excellent hotel with friendly staff, only 5 mins walk to Sanur beach. Ideal hotel prior to catching a ferry to Nusa Lembongan.

I flew in late, it was a nightly stop over before heading over to Gili Islands the following morning. Would not stay there for there for anything other reason as not much in the area

Fint hotel for pengene

Vi var her en nat inden afgang til Nusa Lembongan. Tog super godt imod os og værelset var fint, lille terrasse og lige ud til poolen. Dejlig seng og alt fungerede fint.

At 1:00 am traffic from the international arrivals Grab lounge was 28 minutes. Check in with passport was smooth. Convenience store is across the street. For purchasing drinking water or other forgotten amenities. The hotel provides refillable glass bottles and water from a filtered water station at the reception center but we chose to purchase from the store. Hotel is five minutes from the port which is the prime reason for selecting this hotel. If your first stop is Nusa Penida and you are staying there then this is a good overnight hotel. Our flight arrived late and boats do not operate until morning. Hotel was spacious and had amenities that were stated at reservation time. The bathroom has a wood slated window covering that provides circulation. It opens to the hallway and provides adequate visual privacy but no sound privacy. If you are looking for intimacy in the room or soundproofing while using the toilet this may be an issue. As far as I could tell it did not have a screen either. However, we did not have an issue with bugs. We did not wake up for breakfast but there is continental style breakfast if you pay for it. Staff was great and largely in line with the Bali culture of kindness and general hospitality expectations.

Nice place but unfortunately I had booked 2 weeks there but construction work was so noisy I had to leave after 2 days management was good and refunded my money be happy to go back there

Updated, comfortable bed. Clean room. Upon checking out staff wanted to charge me for a broken “do not disturb” sign. The sign was already broken when I checked in. Document the room when you arrive to avoid additional charges.

We booked and discovered after check in that they are doing construction and the pool was closed. I also was booking last minute and booked for one guest instead of 2 which makes no price difference but they decided that they only wanted to give us one breakfast because of this and had us pay $100,000RP for the second one which was quite annoying, we had to pre-order it when we got there so it was a money grab and it came out cold. We ended up just going elsewhere for breakfast. This resort is also behind a night club called brother beer which was blasting music until all hours of the morning

We left early because the pool was too warm. On the first day there, you could even say that the pool was hot because I thought it was heated at first. The listing says there are two pools so I thought maybe the non heated pool was elsewhere. It’s actually the one long pool and a jacuzzi seating as the second pool. We were told it was normal, that the sun heats up the pool. I didn’t believe it at first and thought it had to be a plumbing issue since the water was so warm even in the evening after an outing and the next morning at 6am, it was still warm! But that morning around 7-8am, I’d walk past another pool on the beach walk and stuck my hand in—- also warm. Imagine 85-88° days and looking forward to a cool pool at the hotel on your return—- not possible here. I personally don’t understand why if this normal, why hasn’t this been addressed? Why can’t they pump cold water into the pool? The worst part was upon leaving, I was told they would not return my remaining night instead of apologizing for an issue we’d complained about since day 1 and returning my money. It is quite selfish of this business to not inform guests of this potential issue and then also keep your money. We also had the issue of a smelly bathroom which emates from the toilet bowl due to plumbing. This issue was immediately addressed by them pouring a chemical down the toilet and cleaned. The room was cleaned daily, towels also changed daily and staff was nice besides.
