'Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Their English isn't excellent, but they try their best. Very large and comfortable room in this new (or newly renovated?) hotel. The location isn't ideal and it was difficult to find for our taxi driver. Make sure you print out a little map of how to get there! :)'

'Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily.
The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...

'The hotel is strategically located at the Sanur Harbor. Right infront of the docking point. All boat companies are located at a maximum distance of 500meter walking. The room was very spacious and clean. The owner is very friendly and is available for any queries using whatsapp. Given the location I was expecting more noise, however it was quiet. '

'I booked for three persons, before arriving I made a request for three separate beds. There was only one king size bed and they said that it was normal to sleep whit three persons in that bed. When I asked for an other extra bed the charge was 50 euro per night extra, eventually they made it 25 euro when is said it is not acceptable.
There are two pools both are only 1,3 meter deep, very shallow in my opinion. There should be one deeper pool.
Because of the coral reef is about 200 meters away...

'Stayed here during the pandemic, so the prices were lowered, but also services, not amenities, slippers etc, but staff was great and rooms big and comfortable(42inch tv with hdmi). Internet speed was not good enough from streaming , but better then most places in Bali. They have a motorbike parking but that’s not covered. Had a good stay and can recommend this hotel '
