'After comparing several hotels on Expedia, we ultimately chose this Wyndham property and unfortunately, that turned out to be a terrible mistake. 'This is the worst experience I have ever had. I arrived with my family for my daughter's birthday week. We learned they wouldn't let us check in early. We spent multiple hours riding around. They didn't offer us any amenities while we waited. The staff said they would call us if rooms became available. Instead, I had to go back to the hotel at check-in time and wait 1 hour to get my belongings upstairs because the 7th-floor hotel had the elevator down and only one elevator. I could not find any...
