'Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.'

'The Outrigger is a beautiful place to stay. The staff is very warm, friendly, and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. You will be close to the beach and the pool. There are plenty of excursions to choose from. I wish they had a bit more of variety of food/restaurants in the hotel. Overall, we highly recommend staying at the Outrigger in Maui!'

'My family and I were thrilled with the property, the rooms, the staff, and the view from the balcony. The kids enjoyed not just the pool on property but also the terrific slide next door at the Hyatt Regency available to guests also. 'Went for our honeymoon and the Whaler didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and set up pretty well. The communication and follow up was the best I’ve experienced, we wanted to experience a bunch of local spots and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Very centralized to snorkeling, pool, or the ocean. A bunch of good food in walking distance and even some others for a short drive. Was able to whale watch from the room and a short walk to black rock we seen dolphins....

'The location of the hotel was amazing! But the hotel itself was not good. Check in is at 3pm but their office closes at 4pm so you’re stuck with a random security guy checking you in. The security guys were every where. They are constantly watching. I was sitting on the porch of my hotel room by myself reading my book when a security guy comes over and hands me a piece a paper. It explained parking and finishing check in since their office was closed when we arrived. The guy left and I continued...

'This was an absolutely beautiful place with friendly staff and a great location on the beach. The pool is great as well. Food was delicious. We got to see so many great things right off our balcony, including a Hawaiian Monk Seal!'

'It was a strange set up but it worked great for us. We didn’t see staff for more than a few minutes the entire week stay. No frills, for sure, but that helps keep the price down. Location is fantastic. Very close to the beach and we even had a little bit of a view! Parking lot gets full but we always managed to get parking. My kids loved the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Having a clothes line to dry our stuff would’ve been a huge help. We used the balcony but the birds made a mess of some...

'Very close to the beach. Nice room, good ammenities. Had an AC in the room. Ice machine did not work sadly. Good place to explore the island but also relax a little in the Napili bay. Supermarket closeby. Loved our stay here. Would definitely come again.'

'早上6:30居然有人冒充house keeping 敲門，手中還拿著水瓶。Valet 的某個工作人員居然讓我們自己去拿車，check out後取車又是這個人让我們等了近十分鐘，完全不是丽茲卡爾頓的服務水平。前台兩個工作人員一點笑容都沒有。除了Kai coffee那個年輕的大眼晴的工作人員服務非常體貼之外，还有 banyan tree 餐廳工作人員很好之外，沒什麼可以誇獎的了，我懷疑這是丽茲卡尔頓嗎？'
