Enclosure Bay Views is a modern 2 bedroom family home with 2 bathrooms located just a stones throw from the stunning swimming beach of Enclosure Bay.

This wonderful family home offers a comfortable lounge area with brand new furniture, plenty of books, games and a portable speaker for music.

Free of charge high-speed internet keeps you connected with the outside world. Upstairs is a small lounge area with a TV for cosy movie nights or keeping the kids entertained.

Downstairs you will find a lovely guest bedroom with queen sized bed, a large family bathroom, the lounge area and open plan kitchen diner. There is a round dining table with space for 6. The kitchen has a hob, oven, large fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. All the appliances and utensils you might need to cook up a storm are included.

There is a lovely large deck with a gas barbecue, outdoor dining table and an electronic retractable awning to give you the shade you need on the hottest days.

In the lounge area is a heat pump/air conditioner allowing you to control the climate whatever the weather.

Upstairs is the master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and king sized bed with a luxurious pillow top mattress. The large double windows open up completely to wonderful views over the ocean.

There is a heat-pump/air-conditioner upstairs as well, so keeping the place at a comfortable temperature is easy.

The surrounding area is a wonderful place to explore, with Enclosure Bay just a couple of minutes walk away this is the best swimming spot on Waiheke and wonderful place to practice snorkelling, kayaking or paddle boarding. Just a few minutes away by car and you can visit Palm Beach, Oneroa and Onetangi, with a plethora of bars, restaurants, cafes and boutique shops to explore.

Why not book in for a private wine tour or visit one of our award winning breweries or distilleries? There really is so much to do on this little island you will wish that you had stayed for longer!

Outside is a small garden area that wraps around the house and a large driveway with space for two cars. Please note that the driveway is very steep and would be difficult to walk up and down with luggage, so it is recommended that you bring your own car or have a taxi drop you to the top.

Absolutely wonderful holiday house

We have just spent 10 days in January 2025 at the Enclosure Bay Views house. We were anxious as there were no previous reviews (being a new listing), however the letting agent was delightful and reassuring throughout the process. We were NOT disappointed! We Loved the house which worked perfectly for us as 2 couples. Bed and bathroom upstairs and bed and bath downstairs. The house was quiet, private and everything we could have asked for. Comfy beds, crisp linen, clean and modern bathrooms, plenty of built in wardrobes, hangers, a huge kitchen with equipment and utensils in abundance. Plenty of everything! Great ocean views, laundry, storage areas, lounge areas and indoor and outdoor dining. Overall this house is really well organised for a holiday letting. I would definitely have a car, there are so many wonderful day trips around Waiheke and our quiet Enclosure Bay sanctuary was the best location on the island. Enclosure Bay is smaller and quieter than Onetangi. Palm Beach and Oneroa were a short drive away and the prettiest beaches on the island. The driveway is steep but its not a problem at all. It leads you up to the ocean views! Apart from some outdoor furniture which could be updated, we had no faults with the house and thoroughly recommend for an amazing holiday location.
