'amazing'

'Overall a great experience. However, 2 of the coffee cups and one spoon in the room had been previously used and not thoroughly cleaned. There was lipstick on one coffee cup and coffee residue in the other. The spoon looked as if someone had licked it off and put it back in the drawer. Other than that the beds were amazing! We slept like rocks that night. The breakfast was great the next day though more fresh fruit options would be nice.'

'The property is very clean and offers a lot of amenities, so that when I travel to Franklin, my stay is very comfortable and efficient.'

'This was a hotel room- plain and simple. No frills, no extra. A/C in our room did not produce at full blast so our room was a little warmer. Room was clean, hotel was very clean. TV didn’t work great but we were at the hotel just to sleep. Breakfast buffet was nice but pretty simple as well. If you need a place to stay, this will work great. If you are looking for more- probably look elsewhere.'

'Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption.'

We obviously could have called the desk, but made do with a bar we had in our bag. The breakfast options weren’t as good as other stays we’ve had with homewood, but we managed to feed our family of six. Entry to the hotel parking lot is an issue. The road from the highway is divided and a left into the lot is impossible. U turns are forbidden at the...

'The bed was very firm to sleep on and the pillows provided little support. The toilet in the bathroom would also barely flush. The ice machine was on the bottom floor which made it difficult to get ice. The TV cable did not work as well.'

'Must be new ownership. This was my go to when staying in Franklin. The front area was disorganized, the full bar is gone and the breakfast offerings were less than before.'

'The property was not what I have come to know as the Hampton Inn chain. Typically a Hampton meets above average requirements but unfortunately this one was sub par. They put us in the wrong type of rooms even though we had reserved a specific configuration. The customer support was not supportive at all. When I travel in the future I will not be staying at a Hampton Inn. Sadly, a former Hampton Inn guest.'
