Hôtel près de Boiler Room Theatre (Nashville)

« Our room was clean and larger than expected. There were any double queen rooms left, but the king with the tocca bed worked perfectly for our family of four! Breakfast had lots of options and staff did a wonderful job of making sure everything was stocked as it was a very busy due to kids sporting event that must have been going on. Great location as well! »

« I was so disappointed by the amount charged on top of our room charge….75$ USD + tax for 1 dog…..Never saw this charge that high….If I had known I would have not reserved there as I always paid 25$ USD plus tax. I would really appreciate if the hotel would be willing to accept to reimburse me at least for the half of the 75$ which is more than 25? I »

« It was going thru remodeling but the remodel room was great rm 131 was our rm I recommend elevator mcrm be silinted with noise baffle very loud coming from pump »

« Front desk lady was very nice at check in. Location was great. However the area wasnt the best. Right behind hotel is a gas station. I believe people living out of cars. There was a run down rv parked under my window. Dog barking constantly. I thought it was in hotel. Called 3 times anout it. 2nd phone call front desk man maybe a little snippy said he made rounds after first call couldnt find anything. He seemed irritated that I was complaining. I explained I had to get up early and...

« Mostly clean, kitchen area had crumbs around appliances, no small spoons, staff was very friendly. The bedskirt was on top of the top sheet but under the spread. Breakfast was good. Looks as though they were in the process of updating things. It was a good stay. »

« The only thing lacking was a mirror in the room. Bathroom had the only mirror in the handicap room. Difficult to get dress without a full length mirror. »

« The property was beautiful. The area around it was beautiful, too. Our room smelled good the minute we entered it. Breakfast was yummy- the bacon was awesome. The fruit was plentiful and fresh. Staff was very friendly. We would love to stay here again. »
