Hôtel près de Fort Granger Park (Nashville)

« They tell you there are 2 options for parking. A $50/day parking garage attached to the hotel, or a valet parking that is $50/day. They did tell us there is a parking park age near by that is free, but a walk. The parking garage was free and about a 1 minute walk. So much more convenient and free. »

« Helpful and friendly staff but inconvenient access. Entrance only from one direction which requires u turns at busy intersections. »

« The room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival or after requesting it the next morning. The door was eventually fixed after two requests. The staff was nice, but the pool area had ants. The hotel seems to be undergoing remodeling, and overall the experience was average. »

« Booked two king beds and was given one king sized bed and a couch. There were bloody boogers smeared on the walls in 5 different spots. Front desk also preferred to help their own staff or answer the phones when I was at the front desk needing assistance. »

« Large clean room, well furnished. Comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. Large screen TV's. Very good shower. Excellent stock of cookware and utensils for the kitchen. Multiple high-speed elevators. Great location with many high-end restaurants nearby. The staff were courteous and helpful. Our only complaint: the luggage carts were in poor condition. They only had 4 carts, should be 8 for that size facility, and one of the two large carts had a broken wheel and would not roll when...

« When you first pull up to the property you could be slightly skeptical, but once you enter it is a really nice, clean, and spacious hotel. It is also surprisingly decently updated. The one downfall I will say is that the breakfast is extremely scarce. They have a waffle iron to make waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and a fridge with a small amount of yogurt cups. I feel like they could at least have small pastries, muffins, or bagels. Other than that it’s a great place to stay and we will return. »

« The only problem i had was I wanted to know where a good place to eat was. He handed me a paper with restaurants on it but said him and noone else that worked there ate at them. So he couldn't help me out with that. It was a list of about 25 rest. »

« My daughter had an appointment in the area so we decided to go up the night before. We loved the indoor pool and the breakfast was amazing!! The rooms were really good. The only thing I didn't like is that most of their rooms are adjoining rooms. Since it was only me and my daughter it made me a little uneasy, but nobody bothered us. »

« The only complaint and its a big NO for me is that the shower was not clean. I will be staying again and I hope this time I get a clean shower. The personal is super nice and helpful it was late and i just showered with my shoes because i was really tired to change rooms. »

« This hotel was amazing. It was about a 25 minute drive from downtown Nashville but also super close to other cute and fun towns. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options—not just a few muffins and juice. It was pet friendly and the staff was so kind. »
