'We passed the hotel already 3 times before we saw the hard to see name on the windows. At check-in we didn't have a brush for the toilet. After asking, they told us it's an "extra" and they would arrange it right away. After returning to the hotel in the evening, still no brush. Again to the reception and they could only provide it the next day. The "hdmi" on the TV wasn't working. After consulting the concierge, they said they would send the technician. 'We hebben een super vakantie gehad. Zelfs 3 dagen bijgeboekt omdat we zo ontzettend tevreden zijn. Het eten was goed, personeel heel vriendelijk en alles werd heel goed en netjes schoon gehouden. Met name Natalia heeft ons super goed geholpen! Ook dankzij de top animatie, die voor leuke activiteiten zorgde. Ze waren heel enthousiast en zorgde voor een feestje en een echt vakantie gevoel.
