« The staff was no help I showed up and was told they didn’t have the room I booked ( I booked a double bed) they put me in a single bed. There was trash under the bed and the floor and window ceil was filthy. There was a dead roach on the floor in the bathroom and in the bath tub. When my Hu went to take a shower he got sprayed in the face by the side of the shower head that was not attached correctly. The walls where cracked and horribly patched in some places. I also I injured on property...
